We are looking for a high-performing Contract Manager who will work closely with the global Sales leadership, to handle all proposal and commercial-contract related responsibilities to meet the organization's growth targets. You will be responsible for supporting response to RFPs, contract close-out, extension and renewal, and resolve any contract-related issues that come up, whether internally or externally, by working with various business groups, including sales, legal, finance, operations and support.
*Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts including Non Disclosure Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements (both on premise and SaaS), Partnership/ Teaming Agreements, sub-contracting agreements, etc.
*Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects
*Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies
*As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to sales managers or other operational staff, including contracting practices and procedures
*Work with Finance and Legal to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies, export controls etc.
*Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
*Bachelor's /Master's degree
*Para Legal (desired not required)
Experience & Desired skills:
*Minimum of five years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
*Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
*Prior experience in handing commercial contracts (preferably in the software business) is required
*Experience in Energy & Utility Sector
