You are of Graduate calibre with a passion for customer service. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels with experience in a customer service orientated role. You have an eye for detail and can cope well under pressure.

You enjoy communicating at various levels and approach tasks with an open mind. You are organised in approach with a passion for problem solving. You have excellent writing skills and articulate yourself with precision.

You enjoy building internal and external relationships with stakeholders and customers alike. You are helpful, approachable and enjoy working with others.

You will be computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Data entry experience will be a bonus.

The Role

Initially a 12 months fixed term contract, this role is great for a candidate wanting to forge a career in mobilisation and customer service within a sales and recruitment environment. You will be kept busy supporting over 100 contractors in the field. Duties will involve generating compliant contracts, logistics and travel bookings as well as problem solving.

Full training will be given to the right candidate who will be part of the mobilisation team for EMEA. The role will include a huge amount of administrative and clerical work as well as work on a recruitment database where we automate a lot of our process
