Our client is a FinTech giant that has established themselves as a global payment platform provider, with usage to it's services around the world.

As it continues it's footprint of expansion across the globe, an area of focus for the business is to drive further success within the Greater China region.

With the complexity and uniqueness of the China market, the business have already established themselves as a leader within the payment space, however, with the current market economy being slower compared to previous years, the FinTech giant is seeing this an an opportunity to further establish themselves in the FinTech space and is to position themselves as the market leaders by conducting a clear and concise strategy to in-organically grow the Greater China portfolio. With such activity, they are looking for a talented Corporate Development associate to join the Corporate Strategy team.

As the corporate development associate, you will be accountable for the participation of strategy formulation, identify key technology directions and to understand possible opportunities that will add-value to the core business through merger or acquisition activities.

Once a strategy is in place, your function will be to oversee the execution of the strategy too, and all the while be the key person accountable for the risk analysis of the deal to ensure a favorable outcome.
