We are looking for a high-performing CRM to help us manage our customers, instrumental in customer success initiatives and driving revenue generating growth/upsell. You will be primarily responsible for customer account management, on-boarding, customer training and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Thorough Understanding of Renewables (Wind or Solar) especially Operations
  • Account Management process (performance analyses, Quality, contracts, invoices, feedback, business review)
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers, be the 'go-to person' / 'Single Point of Contact' for all customer needs
  • Achieve customer success by engaging customers, ensuring customers are provided with world class services, facilitate best-in-class services through operations organization
  • Periodic review with customers to avail qualitative & quantitative feedbacks, effective communication of customer feedback into the product / operations teams
  • Develop account specific success plans and ensure seamless transition from Sales to Operations (delivery), customer on-boarding, recommendations & advice around best practices
  • Periodic training during new product/feature delivery; drive innovative training approaches/thought process, customized training programs catering to customer needs (digital trainings, workshops, etc)
  • Cooperate with global colleagues to jointly engage global accounts whilst leveraging mutual strengths
  • Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of the industries, trends and issues to effectively align and apply Company's technologies to meet customer's business goals


Requirements

  • BE, MS/MBA degree (preferred not mandatory)
  • 3-4 years of professional experience
  • Understanding of Renewable asset management, background in renewable digital transformation (preferred)
  • Prior experience in Energy & Utility Space (especially wind & solar)
  • Pleasing personality, good communication and ability to identify Upsell opportunities for our Digital products to the customers
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to persuasively communicate recommendations & effective customer advocacy
  • Proven ability to manage Customer relations across the globe, ability to work with customers across various levels of organization
  • Thorough Understanding of Renewables (Wind or Solar) esp Ops
