Responsibilities:

General administration -
Working with P/Vision
Scanning & filling all customer documentation ready for filing
Issue of documentation to our customer
Ordering stationary/PPE/processing p-card receipts
Producing customer and management reports as requested
Assisting team with Forecasting
Running SRA reports
Change/delay tracker
FX expenses for the field

Scheduling
Booking quoted reactive jobs in with external customers, coordinating part deliveries with supply including:
Setting up new vendors
Processing of RQB's, extra works
As required plan in customer visits for project works in line with contract requirements and meet the operational metrics target As required be pro-active and arrange for subcontractors to carry out project works in line with business agreements and contracts
Dispatch of calls required

Requirements:
SAP & FX experience
Experience in working in a team to achieve common goals and SLA'S
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Computer literate
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to follow business processes and tasks
Ability to handle problems through to completion and understand impacts
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent telephone manner
Determination to exceed customer expectations
Good communication, both verbal and written
