Responsibilities:
* Main logistics interface between the EMEA Aftermarket organization and customers, managing his/her own client portfolio.
* Handle customers' complaints and organize products replacements when requested.
* Works with the production and logistics departments to ensure deliveries are on time.
* Work with the demand and supply planning team to understand products availability and schedule shipments to match with constraints and customer/business requirements.

Qualifications:
* Experienced in supply chain environment, preferred in automotive industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Experience in customer service (supply chain), sales or logistics in the automotive industry.
* Fluent in English. French or German is a plus, but not essential.
* Resistant to stress.
* Working experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module; MS Office (Excel).
