Spencer Ogden are working with a global industry leader who require an experienced Service Coordinator for an initial 8 month contract in North Sydney. The role is initially for Maternity leave cover, starting mid-August 2018 with the opportunity for ongoing employment depending on performance.

Reporting to the Service Manager and working closely with Field Service Team Leaders, you will be responsible for administrative duties including;

- Creating service quotations and contracts

- Recording service orders, revenue and payroll monthly

- Analyzing data and reports

- Assisting with forecasting and auditing

- Assisting in travel booking and equipment shipping

You will have;

- 2-5 years experience in a similar role

- SAP, Service Max or Kronos knowledge

- Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge

- Previous experience in the Resources, Oil & Gas, Utilities or Power Industries will be highly regarded
