My client is an international insurance business in Hong Kong. Due to expansions within their operations, they are actively seeking insurance customer service talents with main responsibilities and requirements as below:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and professional customer service via hotline, voice mail, email enquiries and online platform
  • Handle incoming enquiries for life & medical products from brokers and direct clients
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties in order to settle customers' enquires/complaints
  • Provide coaching to new joiners and offer advice to new and existing staff on case handling through regular case sharing
  • Support ad hoc job duties related to customer service, as required

Requirements:

  • Form 7 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service or call centre
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a must
  • Proven knowledge of life and medical products, individual or group
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
