Seeking a part time Customer Service Support / Office Administrator for my client who are leading inverter solutions providers. This position is based in their London office.

The successful candidate will provide customers support over the phone to both Residential and Commerical customers and will be responsible for escalating calls to the correct internal technical service teams as well as documenting all calls.

In addition the Customer Service Support agent will also handle the office adminitrative tasks.

As the role involves high volume calls and additional office administrative tasks it is imperative that the candidate has had at least 1 year experience working in a call centre environment and is comfortable working where there is multiple tasks to complete.

Requirements include:

*Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre environment
*Strong communication skills as you will be working closely together with customers as well as internal teams.
*Open and friendly
*Organised and efficient
*Experience with CRM and Cisco Telephony an advantage
*Previous experience working
*Speak English fluently.
*Available immediately.
