The Company:
One of the world's largest aluminium smelters, with a modern facility based in the Middle East.

The Role:
*This position is part of the Supply Chain & Sales departments.
*You will ensure efficient customer technical service functions for the company in-line with the agreed marketing and off-take agreements.
*You will liaise with customers regarding technical specifications for new orders.
*You will evaluate and investigate claims from customers.
*You will develop measures and process improvements to avoid claims and complaints. This will involve preparing reports and solutions.
*You will be responsible for ensuring the company have strong and positive business relationships with their customers.

Candidate Criteria:
*Degree in Metallurgy or Engineering.
*6+ years' experience in the aluminium industry.
*Previous experience as a Lead Engineer or Supervisor.
*Previous experience in managing customer relationships.
