Deliver Service Manager - Oil & Gas - Perm - £40K - £50K

I am currently recruiting a Delivery Service Manager for a global specialist equipment supplier to the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical and other process plant operations.

This position will be based at their state of the art offices in Dorset with the occasional travel to other global offices across America, Brazil, Singapore and various other locations.

This position will be reporting to the Office Manager and will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the service department, ensuring a high quality service is provided to all customers.

You will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining internal relationships, to ensure services levels are maintenance. Lastly you will also be responsible for costings and maintaining margins to ensure departmental profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
*Drive & Co-ordinate internal activities to complete all site service work is completed on time.
*Manage Field service personnel in a way this ensures project delivery and resolve any issues which may arise to both customer and company satisfaction.
*Proactively support customer services team to help them achieve / hit both there order intake and margins target.
*Ensure FES compliance to Health, Safety and environmental standards.
*Develop and improve upon company processes and procedure to support our service department.
*Provide Sales force update training to junior members of staff.
*Ensure there is adequate resource to meet customer demands and prioritise work across the team
*Report on FSE paid days, budgets for Field Service jobs, profitability
*Creating and updating budgets, templates for all services enquiries and orders

Education:
Engineering Degree BEng or HNC/HND or Equivalent
