Responsibilities:
  • Familiar with HK and International Architectural statutory requirements
  • Well-versed with local development controls as well as government submissions and approval procedures
  • Ensuring that the design of the building throughout the planning process remains in line with cost plans and budgets.
  • Encouraging design innovation and delivering consistently high quality projects
  • Monitor and follow-up the progress of the projects
  • Exploring the business opportunities in the property development sector
  • To analyze development proposals, prepare presentation and working progress reports in both English and Chinese for senior management
  • Establish and maintain the relationship with business partners
  • To participate in the preparation and evaluation of budgets and budgetary control on site acquisitions and development projects
  • To assist in planning and management for land/ buildings with redevelopment potential under site acquisition process
  • Provide advice on acquisition, disposal, re-investment and utilization of real estate assets and investment of properties located in Hong Kong and Overseas
  • Monitor the domestic market trends and developments in the real estate industry on general investment trends, potential acquisition opportunities and market values of properties
  • Overseeing project construction and renovation works and make sure the end products are in line with the investment strategies and plans
  • Overseeing the legal process, identifying and responding to issues and risks as they arise.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required


Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Architectural Studies/Surveying/Finance/Legal or related disciplines
  • The successful candidate should be a qualified (HKIA, RIBA or equivalent) or nearly qualified architect with strong experience in large scale project design.
  • At least 10 years of project development/investment experiences of properties located in Hong Kong and Overseas
  • Leadership and management experience to lead internal and external stakeholders with utmost integrity
  • Strong track record of published and acclaimed international projects
  • Experience or knowledge in development/acquisition/disposal/re-investment of real estate assets and investment properties
  • Possess with strong senses and knowledge of Finance Management, Law and Compliance regulations
  • Strong management, presentation, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
