Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the leasing team to implement leasing plan and strategies for the Retail Porfolio
  • Strengthen business network with current tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
  • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports & presentation for management
  • Prepare budget planning and rental forecast
  • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, takeover/ handover of property, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents
  • Lead the team on establishing system for leasing administration, documents reviewing and report compilation
  • Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 8 - 10 years' relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers and solid experiences at Grade A shopping malls
  • Strong market sense and proactive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in pre-opening and pre-leasing planning for retail development is definitely an advantage
  • Candidate with less experienced will be considered as Senior Leasing Manager/ Leasing Manager/ Assistant Leasing Manager
