Immediate contract opportunity with a leading ASX Listed organisation who are looking for Level 2 Desktop Support Analysts to support roughly 100 users across Perth.
As the Service Desk Analyst, you will provide a professional IT support service for end-to-end management of software and hardware incidents and service requests. Tasks will be allocated to duties such as Desktop/phone support, IT support via remote access, email support, etc.
Provision of level 1-2 Helpdesk support to our staff across multiple sites
Being the first point of contact for users via the telephone and attend site visits as required. Ensure requests are lodged onto the system, implement corrective action and follow up escalated issues to ensure a successful resolution is achieved
Troubleshooting general IT issues, hardware, software and peripherals and provide assistance to users with MS Office
User Access Management, new system users and equipment configuration
Management and set up of hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers
At least 1 year experience providing Desktop Support
Experience supporting a Windows environment including Active Directory, Exchange, Office365 and preferably SCCM and Sharepoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills
This is a short term contract to join a leading ASX business based in the heart of Perth.
