Developer Sales Manager
The candidate shall focus on growing the business by tracking projects from conceptualization to completion with collaboration and support from and to cross-function teams across Teams. The candidate shall monitor closely project movements, developments and progress to ensure competitiveness and strong positioning of the business' full portfolio in every project accounts from Developers and End-Users.
The role shall likewise be focused on growing business fulfilment through panel-builders, large contractors, specifiers, System Integrators and supporting the OEM business led by Industry.
Job Overview:
  • Work on developing and aligning with Business Unit Head for approaches on various top priority Key Accounts from Big Developers and End Users in accelerating execution of business direction, business strategy while developing and maintaining New and Existing Distributors, System Integrators and Panel Builder partners together with respective BU's.
  • Align with the Offer Solutions using the company's Product Lines and strengthening Cross Selling.
  • Improve, validate and monitor the quality and accuracy of our Pipe of Projects Track platforming of projects in all geographies with priority on accelerating coverage and growth in identified territories by the Business Unit Head.
  • Create and align strategic and operational mapping of geography, market segment, major projects in the area (current and future), proponents and market players, contractors and influencers, owners and decision makers in different areas of the country that is determined to be key priority areas for growth by the Country Business Development Head
  • Track evolution of major infrastructure projects in the Philippines and the ecosystem of project proponents and recommend steps in key account plan to help promote the business.
  • Study both private, government and private-public partnership projects and determine the full value chain from design to project management to procurement to help specifiers and business units win projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, BS Business administration, Management, Marketing or other business course
  • Minimum of seven (7) years experience in the technology industry preferably with Panel Builders, System Integrators, end-users, contractors, designers, and consultants.
  • Must be the lead in the understanding and analysis of market players and market dynamics; Clear understanding of the necessity to track strategic project accounts
  • Strong drive to success, Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to influence and convince; Effective at building networks, internally and externally
