We are so excited to be hiring a Digital Learning Assistant here in London! The role will assist in the management of technical training programmes including both distance and in-class Web-based training programmes and courses. They will also be expected to help create some of the learning assets as and when required.

Joining our global team you will primarily work with the Group Head of Digital Learning, Group System Training Consultant and Regional L&D Team Leads as well as supporting the running of our monthly induction schedule.

Your role will be to support the successful running and implementation of various programmes across the Consulting function, including onboarding programmes and various development programmes. You will keep track of all L&D actions, competency assessments and accredidation frameworks. You will also be required to manage / update our Learning Management System in line with these measures and to support our digital strategy through content design and creation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support operations in learning management systems, including account provisioning and access, and user permissions
  • Manage the Event Management system to roll out training strategies and scheduling of training within their regions and within appointed timeframes
  • Support team members who have software-related questions or issues in the learning management system
  • Regularly compile, review, and process course enrolment data for students and track result of attainment
  • Work closely with Group head of Digital Learning to ensure course catalogues etc have been created and managed
  • Take responsibility for the Online Academy Competency and Accredidation Processes
  • Deliver certificates out to participators for attainment of a course
  • Facilitate in end user training of our Learning Management System application
  • Support online, hybrid, and blended instruction approach to course content
  • Create elearning assets and materials with guidance from group head of digital learning and group systems training consultant
  • Establish a distinctive customer service support company wide
  • Inform managers of training standards, outstanding courses and help facilitate them to plan restorative action
  • Assist L&D team in understanding the process of the policy and methods on managing course administration on the learning management system
  • Conduct surveys and follow an evaluation scheme to identify areas where course improvements can be made
  • Assist supervisors and managers in working with the learning management system reporting tool
  • Audit and monitor data integrity within our Learning Management System
  • Manage any technical issues with the learning management with the software provider and keep supervisor informed
  • Maintain professional working relationships with Learning Management System vendor

What You'll Have

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role would be desired
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems, experience with e-learning concepts and tools and instructional design knowledge are desired, but not essential, training will be provided
  • Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies including Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 and Camtasia would be desirable, but not essential, training will be provided
  • Experience with Photoshop would be a bonus
