From planning through construction to operation and maintenance, you will serve clients in the transportation, utility, renewable energy, industrial, federal and institutional markets. The Operations Director will be responsible for financial performance, project performance and compliance of operating budget targets for the industrial infrastructure division.

Responsibilities

  • Review and forecast utilization
  • Forecast and review labor backlog
  • Ensure preparation and negotiation execution is being performed and supported
  • Monitor and approve overhead expense
  • Manage project start-ups, contract modifications, and non-billable approvals
  • Conduct project reviews on all active projects
  • Manage cash flow for work-in-progress, delinquent billings, and accounts receivables

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • 10+ years of project management experience in the engineering and construction space
  • 5-7+ years in leadership role managing project management professionals
  • PMP Certification
  • Strong industry network
  • Experience contributing to business development
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency with strategic planning, change management, risk management, budgeting, client relationships managment
