Currently looking for a Sales Professional with experience in solution selling to the Electric, Gas, and Telcomm industries to help grow our Utilities & Renewables division.
This individual will be responsible for the direct and indirect sales of the professional engineering services and products to these industries. This position requires an understanding of the utility market, various software platforms, sales processes, and can communicate at all levels.
- Develop sales and marketing plans
- Define trends in the utility industry for future offerings
- Interface with the Delivery and Strategy teams
- Maintain CRM system
- Coordinate and attend industry events as needed
- Stay current with technology and industry trends
- BS degree and/or 8+ years of industry experience
- Experience with Software Sales/Enterprise Applications
- Experience selling professional services to the utility industry
- Solution diagramming (i.e. whiteboard, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Able to support and occasionally lead proposal development
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a multi-discipline team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Willingness to travel
