Our new Electrical Engineer designs, builds, and tests the electrical equipment for our automated solutions. In this role you will be part of a dedicated project team comprising several engineers, each with their own respective field of expertise. Together with your team, you will make your plan for the upcoming period, starting with basic engineering and followed by the detailed engineering of each system. In this role, you will be responsible for all electrical engineering in the project. Your tasks will include:

  • Overall design of low voltage electrical systems (automation systems, safety, drive systems)
  • Component selection and procurement
  • Drawing of electrical schematics in EPLAN
  • Wiring and cabinet building
  • Equipment troubleshooting and fault finding
  • Support in testing and commissioning of the systems

Job Requirements


  • An higher vocational education (BSc) in electrotechnology, mechatronics or similar
  • NEN 3140 certificate is a plus

Work experience

  • It is desired to have 3 or more years work experience in a similar role
  • Experience with networks, sensors and system integration


  • Affinity with electrical engineering, robotics and mechatronics
  • Knowledge and experience of EPLAN (or similar software)
  • The ability to work independently and an ambition to flourish in a growing organisation
  • Good communication skills in English (B2) both written and spoken
  • Understanding of relevant machinery and low voltage EU regulations
  • Some understanding of PLC programming is an advantage
