Are you an experienced Electrical Propulsion Engineer with previous experience in automotive or other electrical propulsion looking to move into Aerospace? Want to work in an excellent Aerospace company in Central Europe?

Our client are seeking an Electrical Propulsion Engineer to join their team in Switzerland due to growth.

The successful candidate will be overseeing the electrical engineering which supports design and development of electric and hybrid - electric power systems.


*Lead and perform design / electrical engineering for power systems used on advanced aircraft
*Develop aircraft electric propulsion power system designs such as - requirement definition,
parametric analysis, configuration and sizing trade studies, and development of electrical power generation, storage and distribution system
*Support aircraft level trade studies weighing propulsion system cost, efficiency and other factors
*Conduct analysis to model performance of electrical components and machinery
*Build and test electric components in Lab environments
*Create and run time - stepping simulation models of electric propulsion systems to understand dynamics, interactions, failure modes

*Solid experience with advanced electric propulsion system components such as high efficiency motors, high performance energy storage devices and power electronics
*Knowledge of entire system chain of power generation, electric energy storage, system control and propulsion is mandatory.

A lucrative salary of 90,000 CHF / €79,000 / £72,000 upwards as well as excellent benefits are on offer for the right candidate.
