ESG and Sustainability Associate Director
- Location: London
- Salary: £70k - 80k per year
looking for an Associate Director to join them and play a key and influential role within the company. We work across a wide range of assets, multi let real estate portfolios and funds, assisting clients with strategy development and implementation of solutions across ESG, net zero, reporting and social impact. The role will support and expand on these services, working to grow the offering and existing client base.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a growth mindset who is looking to develop new and existing pipelines and create highly impactful teams. Passion for change, motivation and emotional intelligence are definitely a plus.
Job responsibilities including:
- Strategic leadership
- Lead client engagement to develop and support existing and new work streams
- Business strategy development
- Team management
- Insight and Innovation: ESG trends, regulatory landscape and social impact
- Understand science, data, R&O, context and stakeholders
- Demonstrate industry innovation in net zero strategies
What we are looking for someone with:
- 8+ years' relevant experience, preferably in consultancy
- Strong track record of winning new work or relevant skills
- Experience in managing teams supporting professional development
- Experience with benchmarking and reporting schemes (GRESB, TCFD, ESG, materiality)
- Experience in zero carbon strategies
- Experience in strategy development and value demonstration of ESG and sustainability
- Familiarity with certifications (FITWEL, WELL, BREEAM, NABERS)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong transformational leadership and ability to drive change
- Master in sustainable business or engineering
- Passion and commitment
