Seeking a Project Manager to assume a client focused role with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people and the ability to build trust and consensus among all constituents. Expert project management skills with experience managing large scale multi-million-dollar capital projects. Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and tenant improvement projects across Canada
    • Provide technical expertise in line with global and regional strategy to provide real estate solutions meeting customer requirements and ensure working conditions that safeguard employees
  • Line management responsibility for Maintenance Project Management technical support functions within the region
  • Develop and align the strategy of Capital Spending for maintenance projects (building stock measures) and budget for the Regions' locations
  • Consult, support and guide Asset Management, Location Management and customers regarding local technical topics, eg maintenance and replacement topics for HVAC electrical other tenant improvements for customer projects
  • Develop and steer project definition and preparation including technical requirements and cost evaluation
    • Conduct project planning execution and project controlling
  • Ensure handover of the projects to the customers
  • Ensure finalization of projects within timeline budget and quality targets
    • Compile reporting on project activities
  • Leads maintenance projects within the Region according to threshold and executes projects according to customer requirements in line with sustainability guidebook
  • Maintenance fit-outs: execute projects after technical review and evaluation of related business cases

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ yeras of experience in facilities and/or real estate project business across multiple regions in a project management position
  • Technically and financially savvy, result oriented person; excellent project as well as time and budget management skills
  • Solid understanding of customer requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in a technical discipline
  • Certified Project Manager
  • Fluent in English and French preferred
