You will manage and monitor a portfolio of Group assets since their development phase (financial pre-closing).In close collaboration with the Purchasing and Legal departments, you define, negotiate and validate (signature) the contracts necessary to guarantee the success of the assets.You control the legal and commercial compliance of the assets - financial commitments, HSE, ICPE...You assess the impact of operational and business decisions on each SPV and all associated stakeholders.With regard to the entire portfolio, you carry out the arbitration on the operationality of the SPVs and make all the necessary decisions.As part of new achievements, you carry out technical arbitration on the choice of key equipment (turbine, equipment)You make strategic decisions in advance of the project such as planning deadlines, contractual structure of assets, Opex and Capex costsYou ensure that the end of life of an asset is taken into account from the beginning of its life (development and construction phases).You manage the documentation of assets and ensure its correct classification and the correct updating of informationYou ensure the right balance between spending and performance of the assets under your control.Looking to improve the financial value of your portfolioYou keep the dashboards up to date by guaranteeing good visibility/reliability on the indicators (project financing, budget monitoring, performance, production monitoring, etc.). You monitor these indicators and take the necessary measures to correct the abuses identified.Required Education(s) and Experience(s):Graduated with a Bac + 4 or Bac + 5 Engineer, you have significant experience in the construction and / or operation of renewable energy sites or in the management of renewable energy production assets.You are proficient in English.
