General Operations Manager

-Company is starting a new business unit
-This person will be taking care of the overall O&M aspect
-Daily operations and management at a fixed scope
-To support the CEO
-HSE, Project engineer and proposal manager all will be reporting to this role
-Will wait for someone that is really
-Wants someone who has a kind of management experience
-Planning skills
-To guide and plan overall business structure for O&M business
-Preferably Renewable energy experience but open to other industries
-The whole size of the business unit will really depend on how it eventually lays out
-Still deciding on the business unit hiring plan
- Grow to 5-7 people for the short term ,
-Experience in setting up teams
-Have different sets of questions
-COO experience
-Someone from the construction phase of the project can also be suitable
-Recommend rick chen
-For the O&M business they are partnering with a foreign company, preferably wants someone locally
-Have posted on the website now,
-Pitched exclusivity, but wants to be more open to different kinds of channels with candidates
-7 years of management experience
-Interview process: to discuss with CEO
- She is researching on how the interview process works for senior level candidate
