- Market studies to evaluate current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
- Assists CGO in the development of sales quotas, forecasts and track.
- Recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends
- Competitor profiling, tracking and benchmarking
- Providing end-to-end support of various sales promotional programs.
- Responsible to provide daily strategic, operational and administrative support to CGO (to act as his Chief of Staff)
- Manage CGO's communication (internal and external)
- Engage and lead special projects (like CRM implementation etc) for CGO
