Our client is one of the leading financial institution and now looking for the head of Change Management- IT to join and take charge of the new projects along with external consultancy and business units, to provide full support to the success of the projects, including formulating solutions, planning, scheduling, monitoring and implementation etc. Hence the ideal candidate who has minimum 15 years' working experience in managing & delivering process development / improvement projects within in BFSI industry is the must.
The daily duties, he/she leads the team to coordinate with parties and vendors to deliver the documents of new application systems and enhancements as the team have to Initiate, develop and advise the practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity as well as analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes so that the company is able to develop the sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements' plans.
He / she who has good understandings in both the business opportunities and preferably technical aspects of system platform which helped he/she to specialize in business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the capability is adopted and supported.
Work with end-users to develop business justification, cost/benefit analysis, system deployment strategy to cope with the business with strong leadership skills facilitate and run projects independently as well as propose new business initiatives
