My client is an innovative and passionate energy company who are dedicated to providing energy efficient solutions to both commercial and domestic customer. Currently, I am looking to recruit their next Head of Solar PV Sales into their Hertfordshire office, paying a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50, 000 + overtime, benefits and annual leave. This will be the ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to build and mentor a brand new sales team.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience and knowledge in Solar PV. Candidates who do not possess this experience will not be successful in making it onto the short list.

Head of Sales/ Head of Solar PV Sales duties and responsibilities;
* Drive sales growth with NEW and existing clients
* Maintain existing clients, create new pipeline
* Team work and clear communication - manage, grow and recruit new sales team around you
*Set sales strategy, objectives and tactics to achieve company sales goals
* Evolve sales strategy as necessary to deliver company sales goals
*Support documentation of major legal sales documentations/terms
*Knowledge and experience in Solar PV industry

Head of Sales/ Head of Solar PV Sales essential experience;
* Proven experience in technical sales
* Have in-depth knowledge and experience within Solar PV
* Demonstrable contacts book
* Must be Customer Focused, trustworthy with integrity, who strives for excellence, high quality of work
* Full eligibility to work within the UK
