  • Manage Service project operation in APAC, reporting to regional CEO.
  • Achieve operational excellence and ensure safety.
  • Excel in Project Management, managing customer's expectations and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement service operations strategy and policies.
  • Enhance operation targets across all areas of the service and onshore wind business in APAC.
  • Manage financials and budget.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Ensure safe implementation of tasks and promote a culture of leadership and ownership.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation to reduce costs and create value for GRE and customers.
  • Provide leadership and convey company values.
  • Build and develop the team based on their feedback.


  • Provide visible leadership and clear communication of the vision and direction
  • International experience (dealing with multiple countries, including outside Europe), managing multicultural teams and customers
  • Project management experience (10+ years) including large projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines. budget and quality assurance
  • Experience leading large organization and managers. capability to lead team growth and development.
  • Bachelor degree in engineering. MBA ideal. 
  • Fluency in English
