Spencer Ogden are delighted to advertise a truly outstanding opportunity to join a globally-renowned nuclear market leader for a staff-based Human Factors Consultant.
The successful candidate will be joining a growing Human Factors (HF) team with excellent industry experts. The role requirements are as follows:
Ability to travel regularly to meet the requirements of our clients
Conduct a wide portfolio of technical work as per our client's requests
Work within team and autonomous environments
Provide support and be supported by your fellow HF colleagues
Report to the Head of Human Factors
Carry out project management duties and to participate in business development activities
Execute diverse, across project and facility lifecycles
The required candidate experience/criteria is as follows:
Human factors integration
Equipment design
Occupational behaviour
Workspace design
Human reliability analysis
Ergonomics
Integration of safety case and safety management systems
Communication systems review
Training and competency assurance
SC clearance (desirable)
Multilingual (desirable)
