My client is a specialist in High Voltage Engineering and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in London. Since being founded the company prides itself as being one of the market leaders in HV Turnkey Projects,
Due to the company expanding their London offices they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team,
*Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, in budget and to a high quality while meeting all Health and Safety Standards through full support of all team members. .
*To review the contract programmes and ensure they reflect the contractual elements and fulfils client and stakeholder needs.
*Management of company staff and subcontractors on site for the duration of the project.
*Maintain control over finances using correct procedures.
*Create construction method statements and prepare instructions for all sites.
*Undertake Safety Audits and Risk Assessments.
*Manage all offsite work in line with chapter 8 NRSWA
*Ensure the project schedule is being followed, within budget and meeting all legal requirements.
*Be the first point of escalation to all stakeholders.
*Generate all reports and communications and deliver them to Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will possess
*A Third level Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
*A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
*Electrical experience is highly advantageous
*An ability to build strong working relationships
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Persuasiveness / resistance to internal and external pressure
*Self-motivation / ability to work on own initiative
*Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
*Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
