JOB SUMMARY
My client is seeking an exceptional internal sales coordinator within their maidenhead office.

The successful candidate will support the regions remedial service sales activity. Your main focus will be to service remedial sales, asset management, financial control, quoting and support of the Regional/Area Service Sales Managers.

This diverse role will have a varied workload including but not limited to:
-Managing the account email box daily,
-Review engineer's reports & external requests for quotations.
-Following a review and having the reports technically evaluated,
-Issue quotations to our customers.
-Review opportunities with the Regional/Area sales manager to decide who should manage the process
-Effectively manage and track all outstanding quotes through to order placement.

Essential Job Functions

Service Remedial Sales
-To become fully conversant with customers within the region and remedial sales opportunities from these customers.
-Reviewing and develop service remedial sales offering for the range of service that the company offers and holds under contract.
-Review and develop the documentation, processes, sales tools and support literature for sales.
-Be the day to day contact for customer's remedial sales activities in your region.
-Prepare and submit quotations for remedial, reactive and proactive opportunities including, Repairs, Refurbishments, Consumable replacements, Training, Mods, Upgrades, equipment re-locations/De-commissionings, Surveys, equipment supervision, IST, Alarm testing etc.
-Proactive liaison and negotiation with customers regarding follow up of outstanding quotations in conjunction with the regions field based service sales staff.
-When necessary, attend our customer's sites to undertake site surveys and site meetings.
-Support Regional/Area Sales managers.
-Load and record all orders received.
-Manage CRM ensure it is updated daily for the team.
-Update Orders log daily.


System Asset Maintenance
The aim of asset management is to gain a clear picture of our contract asset condition and in doing so our future remedial sales opportunities. There will be specific business projects looking at this and your participation will be required to work towards a better understanding of our assets condition.

Service Order processing and invoicing
On receipt of the customer order you will be required to process and pass to credit check each order in line with service order process. In addition you will also ensure that all information relevant to the customer's order and your associated quotation and passed to the planning team for material ordering, engineer allocation and customer contact.

Reporting
During all day to activities you will meet and exceed KPI's that are set, provide feedback on sales and financial performances.

Essential Criteria
-Have previous experience within a client/team co-ordination role.
-Knowledge of power generation systems, and power distribution/switchgear.
-Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
-Excellent organisational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communications.
-Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
-2 years' experience in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service
-Self-motivated and capable of operating with various departments and personnel in stressful situations.
-Full valid driving license
