This is an excellent opportunity to join Spencer Ogden, a leading global energy recruitment organisation. 

We are seeking an experienced internal recruiter to join our business and play an integral part in the hiring of experienced staff into the business.  We are open to the level of this role however the ideal candidate will posses at least 18 months agency or internal recruitment experience within a fast paced recruiting environment. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting recruitment professionals and managing the full recruitment process through to start date. You will be tasked with mapping the market, creating future pipeline for experienced hires and working as a business partner with internal managers to ensure the needs are met.

THE ROLE

 
You will be responsible for reducing agency spend through proactively engaging with graduates, sales, and managerial recruitment professionals through direct sources such as LinkedIn, advertising and referrals. You will be responsible for building a networking of senior/experienced candidates enabling future pipeline.

Co-ordinate all stages of the hiring process through to offer and close, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the candidate, incuding assessment days. Ensure time to hire, cost of hire and quality of hire is maintained and if possible, improved upon without sacrificing service to both operations and candidates.

Introduce creative/ innovative resourcing strategies, including Social Media and stay abreast with latest developments within the Recruitment industry. The role will involve travel to required offices and locations within Australia in order to carry out interviews and attend meetings when necessary.

To ensure the function is performing and delivering against the business need you will be responsible for analysing data and making recommendations on strategies to improve the effectiveness of the internal hiring function.
