What You'll Do
- Full deal process, from origination through to execution,
- Coordinating internal and external advisors and reporting on technical and commercial due diligence,
- Evaluation of investment opportunities via application of valuation tools incorporating project finance, corporate finance, and capital markets,
- Building and maintaining detailed project finance financial models on a timely and accurate basis with zero error rate,

- Strong academic record in a relevant subject (ideally MSc, MBA or equivalent in a relevant subject),

- Financial modelling experience, ideally from infrastructure modelling firms / project finance model builders,
- Experience of infrastructure / renewables project finance is essential,
- Knowledge of M&A and different valuation methodologies,
- Project management and organisational skills,
- Commercial mindset, pro-active and solution oriented,
- Experience in offshore wind transactions is desirable but not essential,
- Additional European language skills are a plus, and
