Spencer Ogden Denver is looking for a Junior Recruiter & Business Developer to join either our Contracts or Permanent Recruitment Team. As a Junior Business Developer & Recruiter for Spencer Ogden, you will be responsible for a part of a dedicated vertical market within the Energy, Engineering or Built Environment market across the Western US usually working alongside an experienced consultant in the market.

This role will require someone to be highly tenacious, ambitious, and with a focus on delivering quality service to our clients.

We are seeking strong future business development candidates and 360 full-cycle consultants to expand existing relationships and increase market penetrations as well as build out additional niche market segments within our core verticals.

Our team in Denver is going to double in size over the next 12-15 month and we are looking for individuals being instrumental in this growth.
