We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our Denver team and help service our established clients with top talent in the market. The successful candidate will join a warm desk providing plenty of opportunity to earn commission, fast, as well as mentorship from an established team.

The Ideal candidates will use their passion for recruitment, the candidate experience, and set the PACE in all aspects of their role. You’ll become a specialist within one of our core sectors, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing candidates from mid to senior level.

Responsibilities

The role of a Junior Recruiter is to identify, and develop exceptional candidate relationships within a competitive industry, providing solutions, and enhancing our candidates careers. Sourcing highly skilled candidates is in our DNA, and providing a quality service through headhunting, interviewing, and being the go-to-Consultant is our mission. The role is fast-paced, providing a variety of work and challenges daily. Other responsibilities include:

  • Phone screening our existing warm candidate list
  • Setting up face to face meetings with potential talent in the market
  • Cold calling and pitching our top clients to potential candidates
  • Networking and developing long term relationships
  • Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
