KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key account manager needed for one of the World's leading manufacturers and suppliers of equipment in the Oil and Gas and petrochemical industry.
My client is searching for a dynamic forward thinking individual, who thrives in environments using their initiative, who has the confidence to implement their ideas, who can create and maintain positive long lasting business relationships and who can achieve and exceed company sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manage key customer relationships through contact initiation, technical and commercial clarification
and
RFQ submission.
-Explore new opportunities within the market sectors in order to meet company targets for order
intake,
profitability and growth.
-Manage specified key customer accounts, focus on targeted opportunities, and promote the company's
products.
-Identify potential customers and establish relationships to secure new business in line with company
strategy.
-Coordinate quote submission for accuracy and efficiency with the internal sales team.
-Coordinate with Customer Support Manager to handle enquiries from cradle to grave and coordinate
internally with project team.
-Utilise call plan and other CRM tools for all customer visits and distribute to relevant personnel and
create relationship maps for key clients.
-Actively utilise salesforce.com CRM system for logging sales opportunities and create sales pipeline for
monthly forecasting.
-Provide accurate short, medium and long term sales forecasts and participate in monthly forecasting
meetings.
-SPL preparation including competitor and market analysis, sales development and resource planning.
Achieves sales objectives and targets in accordance with the marketing plan.

You should have sales experience in Industrial markets such as petrochemical, food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical
· Ideally background in Industrial Fluid Systems
· Excellent communication skills are essential
· Experience of working both in a team and individually as business activities demand.
· Working knowledge of initiating and implementing change programmes.
