  • Supporting the manufacturing and their projects with best-in-class planning and scheduling support by:
    • Initiating, leading and managing all planning and scheduling activities as part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, multi-office project team
    • Ensuring the appropriate level of planning and scheduling functionality is applied to support project controls activities through all phases of capital projects with an emphasis on construction
    • Assisting project team in resolution of issues involving schedule, cost and the impact of changes
    • Establishing, implementing and maintaining common planning and scheduling techniques, methods and reporting formats allowing early identification of potential threats to project outcome and their mitigations
    • Reviewing schedules prepared by contractors and package-unit suppliers to ensure appropriate level of details and structure are applied to ensure effective progress monitoring and forecasting in transparent and auditable ways
    • Ensuring schedules are QA/QC checked, integrated as well as resource-loaded and quantity-loaded in order to ensure the accuracy of projected staffing requirements and projected workfronts.
    • Ensuring compliance with both internal and external procedures and practices is met.
    • Setting up, implementing and maintaining project schedule related key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Obtaining data on project progress, logic and manpower from Project Leads, contractors or other project/plant/supplier personnel.
    • Conducting schedule review meetings and assisting in developing alternatives to accommodate changes to project plans and communicate any deviations of current plan to the project team
    • Facilitating quantitative schedule risk analysis model development including Monte-Carlo simulation to review and communicate data driven forecasts
