The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of on-site construction operations. The Superintendent shall provide supervision and technical management of subcontractors and other construction related personnel, and include; the planning, coordination, and execution of the work so that projects are completed in a high quality and safe manner, meeting budget and schedule objectives.


At least 5 years of experience as a superintendent on MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION projects
Demonstrated leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, direct others, and effectively address conflict.
Computer skills: proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.


Participate in the development of project schedules
Coordinate with project management and design team to review and thoroughly understand contract requirements and scope, project schedules and budgets
Effectively schedule and coordinate all on-site work effort
Maintain current schedule status as well as 2 week forward looking schedule for on-site activities
Supervise Asst. Superintendent and/or project related laborers
Assist in resolving issues with productivity, scheduling, quality and safety
Manage the on-site safety program.
Understand and implement all safety requirements, regulations, and laws that pertain to the project.
Maintain all job site documentation including plans and specifications, safety documentation, revisions, inspection and testing reports, submittals, purchase agreements, progress photos, RFI responses and schedule information
Able to organize people, tools, and equipment and plan/manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
Make decisions under tight deadlines.
Ensure that all work is being performed from the most current information (revisions, RFI's, submittals, etc.)
Monitor and control project costs; ensure cost effective procedures are followed
Perform weekly safety inspections and tool box meetings
Monitor and update project schedule for review with the project team
