  • You are responsible for the maintenance processes of the bulk production installations in the Benelux.
  • You develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure the availability of the guarantee and improve production facilities.
  • You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the maintenance-related budgets as well as the investment budgets for installations in the Benelux.
  • You follow the results of predictive analyzes (including oil & vibration analyzes) and submit the required corrective maintenance actions to ensure safe and reliable operation of the critical assets.
  • You are the driving force for scoping, preparation, planning and follow-up of planned shutdowns of the different installations.
  • You put preventive maintenance plans in the EAM system for new installations in line with the internal ones maintenance standards and manufacturers' regulations
  • You analyze feedback from Maintenance Technicians, maintenance history and corrective maintenance interventions to continually improve the preventive maintenance program of existing equipment.
  • You carry out maintenance-related projects with a view to improving the reliability, productivity and safety in line with internal Praxair and local regulations.
  • You perform reliability studies for new and existing equipment to set up a process for efficient maintenance and spare parts.
  • You are responsible for the follow-up of the calibration program and periodic statutory inspections.
  • In consultation with the Maintenance Supervisor plan, assist, supervise and follow the Maintenance Technicians and contractor activities.
  • You develop and maintain constructive technical relationships with internal and external customers and build networks for external expertise.
  • You organize maintenance meetings and give internal training to the Maintenance Team.
  • You support the purchasing department in determining the specifications and requirements for maintenance materials, spare parts and maintenance contracts.
  • You report to the Operations Director Benelux, work closely with Operations Team and guarantee one good relationship and communication with contractors, subordinates and colleagues.
