Reporting to the Country Manager - Australia, you will be accountable for the development and performance of all sales activities for your team. You will be responsible for direction of your sales team by providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, grow and retain your team with a view to expanding rapidly in line with company objectives
- Motivate and inspire your team by understanding the motivations of each team member to drive performance
- Report to Senior Management on a weekly and monthly basis on team performance and forecast
- Present complex solutions to clients, negotiating and securing volume and high margin business
- Identify new verticals within sector
- Advising team members on how to use influence and persuasion to close business
- Leads client meetings, facilitating own agenda, incorporating junior staff members
- Manage your own P&L with autonomy to maintain and grow your own business
Who should apply?
To be considered for this position, you will be a very high performing, sales driven individual with a strong background in recruitment. You will need to evidence the ability to build a strong sales culture and possess strong commercial acumen. This role is based in Melbourne and will initially be a start-up with a view to growing exponentially in a short period of time.
