*Identify Key Risks for voyages and ship operations, setup operational procedure for the key risks to avoid serious accident and damage, and setup check points for Trading and Voyage Operator to implement and monitor the procedure in ship operation.
*Constantly review company standards of ship vetting, with respect to new regulations, industry standards, experiences or any new situations.
*Evaluate ship's condition, performance, and her crew qualifications that are to meet marine regulations, port restrictions and company standards, and are in competence to perform the voyage and deliver the cargo without inherent issues.
*Provide technical support for Trading and Voyage Operations in daily and urgent matters.
*Give advice for safety management terms in Charterer Party to protect company interests.
*Take actions in emergency situations to response ship's accident and participate in accident investigation to protect company interests.
*Daily operations for Time-Charter contract.
*Other duties as assigned.

*Ability to analyze vetting reports, accident reports, prioritize findings and present recommendations
*Ability to develop safety plans, operational procedures and monitoring points
*Ability to react and perform with sound judgment in emergency situations
*Experience with USCG rules and regulations as they apply to commercial vessels
*Experience with tanker safety, operation and crew management
*Experience with tanker vetting and SIRE inspection
*Experience of working on board a ship

*Bachelor's Degree in a related field
*Experience of working on board a tanker, preferably as a captain or chief engineer
