Formulate, manage and execute the qualitative and quantitative marketing and communication plans according to business goals and corporate branding guidelines
Lead the Brand-building & brand-refreshment initiatives, including product launch and seasonal product campaign
Manage and monitor vendors on all marketing promotions including but not limited to media planning and cost management; manage copywriting process for all
Work with Marketing Head to prepare and control budget for all marketing and communication activities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research and competitor analysis to understand company positioning
Liaise and negotiate with different media channels on production, media arrangement and brand building
Manage and coach the team members


University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
10 years experience in brand building of which at least 5 years at managerial level, MUST from Fashion Retail industry
Strong experience in brand building with business acumen
Strategic thinking, creative, ability to think outside-the-box, mature
Excellent presentation and project management skills
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
