Title: Material Analyst/Planner
Location: Newhouse Industrial Estate, ML1
Rate: £14 an hour - 37.5 h week

We are looking for an experienced Material Analyst/Planner to work for our client who is a multi-product manufacturer based in the Newhouse Industrial Estate (ML1).
Main responsibilities and authorities:
*Developing factory supply chain processes including ISO process definitions / maintenance
*Act as factory Human Resource Planning (HRP) owner, coordinate all HRP upgrade process at factory level, proceed improvement activities with other HRP factories and the supplier.
*Real owner of the inventory. Create Inventory reduction analysis and actions. Drive projects to improve factory DOI metric.
*Support factory yearly stock taking with all background analytics.
*Co-ordination of Factory Long Term Supply Planning
*Supporting Cycle Time Reduction Program
*Supporting SIOP related tasks and improvements
*SAP: factory related co-ordination between all stakeholders (internal/external)
*KPI (OTTR, Inventory, IOS, DOS, Stock and Plan Attainment) development by process improvements.
*Leading, defining and executing continuous inventory reduction project
*IOS management (Scrap and adjustment handling) according the IOS rules and calendar with Finance
*Continuously monitor the working environment and business processes in his/her job. Based on his/her observation continuously make proposal for improvements, and participate in the realizations.
*2-3 years experience in supply chain
*Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
*Good PC skills (MS Office)
*Excellent analytical skills
