My client are a global service provider to a global top 3 internet business with their operations based onsite with their client, known globally for having a trendy and dynamic working space.

We're currently recruiting for a Media Support Analyst to provide technical support and expertise on a cloud video platform. Your responsibilities will include:
-Monitoring support queues and providing responses and solutions to end customers
-Have a solid understanding of the product and its functionality
-Investigate issues related to product usage workflows
-Troubleshoot product issues and coordinating with engineering and project teams on any feature requests
-Provide and maintain high-quality documentation on product related issues

About you:
-Experience in player and streaming media technologies
-Knowledge of the full video ecosystem
-Experience in an enterprise support environment is highly advantageous
-Experience with Linux and basic knowledge of common programming languages (eg. JavaScript/PHP)
-Strong written and spoken communication skills
