Our client, a leading manufacturers of natural stone and concrete landscaping products supplying the construction, home improvement markets, has a very exciting opportunity for a National Sales Director. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to join a large, professional and market leading organisation.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Trading Director Commercial &
International and will lead, develop, and manage the National Contractor, House
Builder, and Major Projects Team in order to achieve the national sales budget
across all commercial catalogues.

The key elements of the role will be:
- To deliver the National Contractor and House Builder sales and profitability
budget across all commercial catalogues.
- To provide strong leadership and direction to all members of the team,
including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and career
- Take responsibility for the profitable management and leadership of strategic
Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSA's) for the assigned National Contractor
and House Builder accounts, including attending business reviews and
reporting as required.
- Take responsibility for the development of senior cross functional
relationships within the National Contractor and House Builder accounts, as
well as successful multi-catalogue major project management and conversion,
in order to strengthen our market leadership, influence and value within these
- Be responsible for the major projects team, and taking an active role in driving
package sales across all catalogues, in order to maximise sales and revenue.
- Manage the National Contractor and House Builder Team overhead and
resources within agreed budgets.
