NDT Team Leader -Must be FLUENTLY French speaking.

School Background :
 Professional bachelor NDT or equivalent.
 English technical, notions.
Experience :
 Experience Industrial X ray and team management.
 5 years.

"BE ABLE TO" :
 Execute the instructions, pass down information to the teams and report
 Lead, coordinate and supervise his/her team in the field.
 Oversee the daily briefings before the start of the day.
 Anticipate; prepare the work and forward associates' guidelines.
 Anticipate and overcome hazards and alert if
 Apply and see applied rules of procedure.
 Ensure compliance with working hours and verify daily teams' clockings.
 Integrate, inform and train newcomers.
 Take part in the personal inspection.
 Put forward investments and necessary trainings.
 Be a source of proposals to the constant improvement of security, quality and productivity.
 Oversee the team's performance to achieve department's goals.
Ensure the health, safety and environmental conditions of the Workforce:
 Follow and uphold HSE guidelines particularly the radiation protection guidelines.
 Ensure the department's equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
 Conduct trainings for workstations.
 Write the dangerous or near miss situation's reports.
Verify compliance with Quality System of the teamwork:
 Ensure the adequacy between inspectors' certifications and the task.
 Enrue respect of control specifications, follow up documents, procedures.
 Make sure that the staff assigned to safety-related tasks is trained and qualified and that they
have what they need in terms of equipment and working environment which could benefit the
proper execution of their assignments.
 Ensure calibrations' conformity and periodic external and internal department's equipment
inspections' conformity.
 Monitor the team's work, conduct technical screening operations.

Ensure the compliance with deadlines and costs:
 Verify the optimization of human and technical means, secure from the team the planned
productivity and guarantee goal achievement.
 Ensure, within the deadlines, the X-rays inspections.
 Be a mediator for the management of subcontracting.
Ensure Customer satisfaction:
 Establish and maintain special and constructive relationship with internal and external clients.
 Give and convince them to accept the inspections' results to clients and inspectors.
