Network & Security Engineer
Reputable Oil & Gas client based in KL
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration and maintenance the network and security infrastructure
• Basic working knowledge in several of the following technologies and domains;
- Cisco (LAN, WAN)
- WAN Routing (OSPF, BGF)
- WAN Acceleration (Silve Peak and Riverbed)
- VPN Remote access solution
- Network Performance Monitoring
- Wireless (Aruba)
- Firewall (Palo Alto and Cisco ASA)
- Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)
- Server and Infrastructure Coordination internally/third party
• Responsible for the operation and administration of the company internal network (LAN, WAN) and network security system
• Responsible to the network issue promptly and consistent delivers quality network service including incident status update
• Follow establish incident, Change and Problem management process to meet agreed upon SLA
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant working experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT or Software Engineering or relevant
- Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur
- Demonstrate ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing solutions and solving problems
