My client is a privately owned, quantity surveying practice who, due to continued success within their industry are looking to bring in an Office Manager on a full time staff basis.

Working within a professional office environment candidates must be well presented and articulate

As Office Manager you must be capable of guiding new starters and existing team members whilst managing the office and undertaking the following duties.

Please note additional duties and responsibilities may be applicable that are not mentioned below.

Undertake / assist / organise / delegate;
*Companies House annual return
*Invoicing (Chasing clients for unpaid invoices etc.)
*Responsible for on boarding of new starters and also responsible for exit interviews (property returned such as key fobs/laptops etc.)
*Interim BSi Audits / Compliance checks
*Write cheques, copy and attach to incoming invoices etc.
*Write email statements re invoices for clients
*Process Expenses
*Holidays - responsible for keeping a record of holiday allowance used for each staff member
*Management meetings - meeting notes, coordinate diaries, prepare refreshments for attendee's Organise Training (Schedules, Volunteers!) Travel bookings
*Team lunches / away day / team building / Christmas Lunch etc.
*Post (stamps, ensure it's taken, weighed for correct postage)
