Our Client is a one of the UK's market leading Food Manufacturers, due to growth they are looking for a Operations Manager who is be based in their Derbyshire office. The Successful candidate will be reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Production Management team to ensure that all requisite production, quality, profitability and continuous improvement targets and standards are met. This is a highly demanding senior role within our business therefore you should have proven senior management experience gained within a FMCG environment. An excellent communicator you will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels. They are looking for an effective people manager, you will be a strong leader and role model, exemplifying a best practice approach across all areas such as, performance management, objective setting, coaching and mentoring etc.
Previous experience of implementing specific continuous improvement techniques.
Driven self-motivated individual
You must be able to demonstrate not only your ability to take the lead and make effective decisions, but also the ability to be innovative and resilient.
