Operations Analyst - Miami, Florida

This position will perform operations design, analysis, and reporting to improve business processes, operating efficiency, customer support, and financial performance. This position will help the business build, sustain, and continuously improve Best-in-Class operations to support profitable growth

Candidate Qualifications:

*Must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment of a rapid growth company
*Must possess a strong desire to innovate in a startup culture
*Must be capable of navigating ambiguous situations and developing "fit-for-purpose" solutions on tight timelines
*Must be excited to work in 24x7 business supporting critical infrastructure
*Must be willing to travel
*Possess a Bachelor's degree or related experience. Master's degree is a plus.
*Technical certifications are a plus (Microsoft, Cisco, Security, project mgmt.)
*Background in liquified natural gas, power, other energy related industries
*Adept at driving accountability with managed service providers to maximize the value of services delivered. This includes issuing proposals, selecting providers, implementing on-going governance procedures, building consistent, repeatable and well-documented processes, and improving performance over time

Specific Duties & Experience Include:

*Improve measurement, monitoring, and optimization of business operations
*Increase process automation using workflow
*Manage projects to optimize cost structures and operational performance
*Reduce manual involvement in data sourcing, cleansing, correction, and reconciliation
*Develop actionable analytics and complex forecasting to support business
*Integrate cross-functionally to help institutionalize and sustain NFE's technology transformation
*Strong background in process and data analysis and complex problem solving
*Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment of a rapid growth company
*Possesses a strong desire to innovate in a startup culture
*Capable of navigating ambiguity and developing "fit-for-purpose" solutions on tight timelines
*Willing to travel
*Adept at managing external business partners to maximize the value of services delivered. This includes issuing proposals; selecting providers; driving accountability; building consistent, repeatable, and well-documented processes; and improving performance over time
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
*1-3 years of related business experience
*Six Sigma or Lean Process Improvements Experience is a plus
